An automatic measurement system developed to measure the relationship between the power consumption and temperature of magnetic components.

The 1810 is a system developed to measure the relationship between power consumption and temperature. This system is equipped with both DC and AC power supplies, allowing for the measurement of copper losses and iron losses in magnetic components. Copper losses and iron losses are factors that cause temperature rises in magnetic components, and if the temperature is too high, it can affect the inductance of the magnetic components while significantly increasing their power consumption. In other words, components with high copper and iron losses become products with a high risk of electrical anomalies. By having both DC and AC power supplies, it can be widely used for measuring magnetic components, measuring internal temperatures with thermometers, and measuring power losses in magnetic components with high-frequency power meters, covering everything from the development to the analysis of magnetic component materials. Furthermore, it is also possible to measure electrical responses occurring under different electrical conditions with components of the same inductance. When combined with software, it can record temperature changes and power consumption of magnetic components, allowing for easy analysis and evaluation of measurement results. The 1810 is the optimal measurement system for analyzing magnetic components.

The 3250/3252/3302 is an automatic component analyzer that is ideal for acceptance and shipping inspections on transformer production lines, featuring high stability and high reliability. The 3250/3252 is equipped with a measurement frequency range of 20Hz-200kHz, while the 3302 has a range of 20Hz-1MHz, making them suitable for measuring various low-voltage parameters of transformers in transformer scan test items. These parameters include main parameters such as inductance, leakage inductance, turns ratio, DC resistance, impedance, and inter-winding capacitance, as well as sub-parameters like quality factors and series equivalent resistance, enabling pin-to-pin short inspections. Furthermore, with high-speed digital sampling technology, using the Auto Transformer Scanning Box (A132501) allows for accurate and rapid measurements during transformer production inspections. The 3250/3252/3302 can resolve issues related to differences in measurement current caused by output impedance variations during measurements by selecting from multiple output impedance options, as well as discrepancies in the inductance values obtained during measurements.

DC Current Superposition Measurement System Model 11300

A DC current superposition measurement system ideal for measuring between magnetic chokes of various power adapters capable of a maximum of 300A superposition.

The 11300 is a system product that combines an LCR meter and a DC superimposed current source, utilizing the automatic component analyzers from the 3252/3302 series and the DC superimposed current sources from the 1320 series. The automatic component analyzers from the 3252/3302 series can control the output of the DC superimposed current sources from the 1320 series, enabling DC superimposition of up to 100A in a wide range of measurement environments (customizable up to 300A). Combinations tailored to customer requirements are possible in various measurement environments such as research and development, quality inspection, and quality control. This system can handle currents of up to DC 300A, and by using low ESR (<10m ohm) for the connections between DC superimposed current sources, it reduces the generation of thermal energy while improving the accuracy of measurement results. Additionally, by combining a multifunctional four-terminal test fixture, it can measure a variety of loads, including SMD and DIP ring cores.
